Primary Purpose
The Project Assistant, Real World Evidence (PA, RWE) will perform administrative activities supporting the Project Manager, CRA and the study sites/Investigators.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support of Project Managers
- Departmental administrative tasks (e.g. correspondence, telephone)
- Packaging and distribution of sites files / study documents
- Tracking and registration of returning study documents
- (Double / single) data entry
- Query handling for paper projects
- eCRF review
- Administrative support for sites / investigators
- Site management activities
- Administrative processing of site remunerations (e.g. review of invoices, queries)
- Support of study folder maintenance / TMF maintenance
- Filing/ return of study documents to sponsor including QC
Experience
- Practice nurse, Nurse (or directly applicable work experience preferred)
- Natural science education
- Previous CRO experience preferred (as a CTA, PA)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Good computer skills
- High attention to detail required
- Ability to work on varying projects
- Self-starter who can work independently and a team player who can work cross functionally
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Knowledgeable in prioritization, organization, time management, and planning activities
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external colleagues and work well in a team-oriented setting
- Fluency in German and English
