The GS-12 salary range starts at $94,199 per year.
The GS-13 salary range starts at $112,015 per year.
To qualify for the GS-12, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is overseeing daily operations of project intake trackers and databases, assigning and managing projects; performing end-of-year data analyses, integrating storytelling data analyses; and evaluating project review processes to ensure existing and/or develop new requirements to maintain a modern and innovative project review and tracking system.
To qualify for the GS-13, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is conducting basic research and data analyses, applying qualitative and quantitative methods to collect, track and archive data, identify problems, and prepare program level reports to assist with improving program effectiveness; utilizing common functions, data calculations, complex formula writing, including index match & Vlookup in Excel, Google, and/or Smartsheet; writing basic scripts using SQL, JavaScript, Google API, and/or Python; using Excel, Smartsheet, G-Suite, and/or other analytical tools to pull and present data; and using an electronic data system to track project execution, management and delivery presentation of sensitive information/recommendations.

- Serve as a senior program analyst to top regional management, and is responsible for providing expert analysis on a variety of subject matter, and for initiating and/or leading projects involving the evaluation of regional programs/operations.
- Plan and/or direct complex projects requiring evaluation and identification of a variety of operational problems, evaluating alternative solutions and recommending appropriate action.
- Conduct complex analytical studies that are of special interest to specific functional activities or programs, and participate in unusual, controversial and sometimes highly sensitive aspects of the program.
- Prepare and/or conduct briefings for higher level management to explain the specific analysis of subject matter, as well as to provide recommendations or action plans and provide guidance and/or direction for implementation.
- Collect, manage, manipulate, and analyze data sets from disparate sources and in different formats such as, but not limited to Google scripts, machine learning, JAVA API, SQL, MS Access, Tableau and other relevant tools to improve performance of our real estate portfolio and workforce.
