Adventist HealthCare (AHC) seeks to hire a Director Revenue Cycle - Hospital CBO who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Revenue Cycle Director, Acute Services (Hospital Billing) CBO you will:
• Lead and managed the acute services CBO and its associated teams, policies, and practicescle
•Coordinate with multiple vendor operations supporting Adventist HealthCare's revenue cycle to drive optimal performance.
•Supportsdevelopment and continued professional growth to meet company and individual goals for long-term success.
•Demonstrates an expectation for continuous quality improvement utilizing processes that include consideration of all stakeholders.
Continuously evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and implements or proposes optimization or transformation efforts.
•Coordinate, develop, implement and effectively manages policies, processes and procedures for the Revenue Cycle that result in maintaining accounts receivable days outstanding at or below goal levels.
•Provides education and policy updates for vendors, medical staff, patients and insurance companies on policy or procedures.
•Provides regular revenue management reports to management.

Qualifications Include:
•Bachelor's Degree in Business or Administrative Healthcare related field required. Licensure And Certifications
•Coding credentials (CCS-P or equivalent) required depending on the role.
•Seven (7) years of experience in Revenue Cycle operations with at least 3 years' experience in a hospital CBO role is required.
•Three (5) years' experience managing charge entry, billing, unresponded, denials, follow-up, and collection functions in a hospital
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify issues and opportunities.
•Experience with Cerner strongly preferred

Work Schedule:

Full Time, Days, M-F. Travel may be required acute care locations (each within local DC/Maryland/Virginia metro area.
