Work that matters.  The Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) is a national leader in affordable housing and community development.  Our team needs three HCD Financial Associate I’s who can assist in getting payments processed timely and accurately.  The candidates for this position must be able to take initiative and be able to propose a fix when a problem arises.  The chosen candidates will have a positive attitude, be team players, accurately key in financial data accurately and provide great customer service (answer all inquiries both timely and professionally and ensure the inquirer is satisfied by the end of the day). 

The Division of Finance and Administration is seeking three enthusiastic individuals to serve as HCD Financial Associate I’s.  These positions will learn to perform and apply general accounting and analysis principles, payment processing including automated monthly-subsidized housing payments.
