Experienced Maintenance Technician
Seeking experienced maintenance technicians in Alexandria, Virginia for multiple properties in Northern Virginia and DC. Position is full-time, weekdays with on call and overtime opportunities.
Duties include performing general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, tiling/grout work, framing, sign installation, litter removal, hauling, snow removal, lock and door repairs, inspections, leak detection, and general building maintenance tasks.
Looking for a hard-working professionals with 2+ years of experience in maintenance or similar field.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $20 to $35 per hour depending on experience
