Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking one hard working, detail oriented, experienced maintenance supervisor in Northwest Washington DC for City Vista, a large multi-use residential/commercial property. This position is full-time, on-site with on call duties. The supervisor will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as maintenance, installations, inspections, equipment repairs, supervising any contractors necessary for projects, attending meetings, handling questions and/or issues that arise, being available to provide assistance with emergency calls at the property. Must be familiar with local and national building and fire codes, regulations, and company directives about building operations.

Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to walk the grounds and perform other general physical activities.

Experience with fire suppression and fire alarm systems a plus.
