You will work closely to align with the Operations, Quality, IT, D&A, and various global business teams to drive on-time closure to manage project scope and timelines from concept to implementation.You will provide clear, routine, and effective communication to key stakeholders in a matrix environment. Work closely to align with global project members and stakeholders to drive on-time closure to major timelines. Manage project scope and timelines with global cross-functional teams from concept to implementation.Brief role description: Utilize project management best practices to ensure Business and IT requirements are met and clearly communicates overall deliverables to all team members and provides clear, frequent, and effective communication to key stakeholders in a matrix environment. Ensure alignment with Project Lead(s) and drive major projects to closure in time.Develop and manage an overall plan that integrates key activities of all functions associated with computerized systems and IT infrastructure logistics of projects. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize risk impact throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project scope, design/infrastructure specifications with IT, and timelines with cross-functional teams from concept to implementation. Actively participate and support the development / build of the Business's sustainability projects. Ensure projects run smoothly by designing project plans, managing workflow, monitoring program progress, and reporting on key metricsSharing metrics, project risks, mitigation/contingency plans to minimize risks, and best practices throughout projectClearly communicate overall deliverables to all team members in various areas of the business, including ITReport back to the Project Leads and Management on a regular basis on progress, roadblocks and course corrections.The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.
