Job Summary:
Westat is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join its team as a Proposal Coordinator. The Proposal Coordinator works under the direction of the Proposal Manager to facilitate the development and delivery of high-quality compliant proposals, following Westat standards and policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist proposal manager with compiling of proposal draft materials, oversee formatting
• Help develop proposal schedule and monitor throughout submission
• Coordinate with corporate resources that assist proposal development
• Request and coordinate resumes, project summaries, and past performance
• Conduct quality and RFP compliance checks
• Coordinate final proposal production and submission

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant federal proposal experience
• Proficient in MS Office/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with MS Teams
• APMP certification
• Strong experience collaborating with proposal teams and internal clients.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated communication skills
• Collaboration with teams, managers and/or clients
• Organization skills, including time management ability
• Detail oriented
