Director, Global Facilities

Primary Purpose
Reporting to the CFO the Director, Global Facilities will be responsible for the management of the global Emmes facilities teams, including planning, budget management, forecasting, overseeing internal office management with all facility staff, and provision of office support and remote services where applicable.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for global facilities planning, overseeing office leases of each location, internal and external service contracts, office security, related record management and other office support services
· Oversees all expansion, construction, and facility repair, including space planning and p roposes new facilities design and use to address strategic needs
· Manages vendor relationships for all regions and is involved in negotiations as needed
· Maintains contract budgets oversight for each region, including furniture/equipment acquisition and maintenance
· Develop and manage global facilities budgets
· Create and maintain global facility's organizational structure
· Maintain relationships with landlords and real estate brokers
· Audits operational reports, including Global SOPs and policies, and report any modifications or corrections
· Manages the implementation of Emmes Global facilities security, policies, and procedures within assigned regions
· Assess office needs and propose plans for reduction/expansion as the company grows
· Works with Staffing and IT Operations in all regions to direct provision and shipment of equipment or wireless devices needed for staff to work remotely
· Provides day to day management of department staff and other duties as assigned
· Sets objectives and key results for regional Facilities team in alignment with corporate goals
· Participates in ESA Initiatives as assigned
Experience
· Bachelor's degree with 8 years directly related experience or in lieu of degree 10 years directly related experience
· Demonstrated experience leading or directing service-related staff
· Excellent communication skills
· Demonstratable use of MS programs
· Demonstrated organization skills
