Primary Purpose

An international clinical research organization located in Prague is actively seeking a professional to join our team as the Financial Manager.

We are looking for people experienced in Accounting and/or Financial Controlling, who have an ambition to make further step in their career.

No previous experience on a management position required.

May perform one or more of the following dependent on job level:
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the group
  • Prepare consolidated management reporting for Europe entities on monthly basis (previous experience with consolidation is nor required)
  • Support project analysis and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems for all entities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements with external accounting companies and tax advisors
  • Oversight on accounting of US and Canada entities
  • Leading a small team

  • Previous experience on a Financial Manager position is not required, we will be happy to provide the training
  • Experience in Finance and/or Accounting and financial analysis
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate in team
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel
  • Czech and English at a professional level
  • Willingness to learn new thing and grow with us is crucial
  • Knowledge of financial reporting preferred
