Summary

Seeking an Asset Management, Team Lead. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team responsible for supporting a full complement of customer-centric technical support services.

Responsibilities
  • Performs IT asset management duties and inventory management function.
  • Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.

Required Qualifications
  • United States citizenship is required
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination.

Desired Qualifications
  • 4+ years related experience working on civilian federal government agency contract(s)
  • Familiar with HP and Dell hardware
  • CITAM
  • ITIL Foundations (v3)
  • A+ and/or other relevant certifications
  • familiarity with ServiceNow

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
