PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Computer/IT Afiniti, Inc. seeks a Principal Software Engineer in Washington, DC to design and develop solutions for Artificial Intelligence systems integration and deployments in call center environments. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and at least two (2) years of experience engineering AI solutions deployed in a call center environment including integrating with Cisco, Genesys, and Avaya telephony products, using Application Programming Interface (API) calls and Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connections, and utilizing .NET framework, ASP.NET, AJAX, ADO.NET, LINQ, Visual Studio, Mongo, and Postgres.
