Staff Architect

Staff Architect: Participate in concept/schematic dsgn studies & develop accepted dsgn schemes. Perform zoning reviews & conduct code analysis. Produce 3D model & rendering of buildings w/ Autodesk Revit, Sketchup &/or Enscape. Produce set of construction docs under supervision of Architect. Min. rqmts: Master's degree in Architecture. Knwl of or exp in field survey, intl. building code & accessibility guidelines. Knwl of or exp w/requirements for materials & finishes for certifications, such as LEED. Knwl of or exp in Autodesk software Revit. Knwl of or exp using Adobe Creative  suite Software such as photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator. Knwl of or exp in producing schematic design, design development, & construction docs. Knwl of or exp in Construction Admin phase process & developing field reports & punch repots.
