Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a training plan for new Client Service Assistants/Associates (CSAs)
  • Train CSAs on any new policies and procedures implemented in the firm to ensure they are being followed consistently across the firm
  • Ensure that all CSAs have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service to clients
  • Assist with training CSAs on new features and updates to technology used within the firm
  • Assist management with the implementation of new technology solutions and any related training specific to CSAs
  • Work with CSAs on ways to gain efficiencies by improving workflows, better leveraging technology and learning time management techniques
  • Inform CSAs of changes and upgrades to LPL technology by reviewing all LPL communications and relaying relevant information to keep staff informed and organizing meetings/training if necessary
  • Conduct technology workshops with staff quarterly, or more frequently if needed
  • Schedule, develop agenda and run CSA meetings at least quarterly
  • Provide CSAs with monthly Salesforce annual review reporting and ensure they are on schedule
  • Help to enhance the client experience by providing input on client and prospect materials used
  • Look for opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures that can be recommended to help staff gain efficiencies and/or improve the client experience
  • Act as the CSA liaison to Operations, ensuring good communication and workflow to enhance productivity and teamwork
  • Provide daily guidance and problem-solving assistance to CSAs as issues arise
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations, Internal Audit and all related Credit Union policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) Licenses
  • 10+ years of financial services experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and with a group
  • Able to prioritize activities

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field
  • Experience with Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, ClientWorks
