Overview

This position is responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to business banking and small business clients. Direct responsibilities include identifying and marketing solutions to existing business customers and prospects as well as responding to referrals submitted by business banking relationship officers and retail branches. In addition, this role is responsible for the development and deployment of new treasury management solutions for business members.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a client portfolio supporting fee and deposit growth within the Business Banking and Small Business segments
  • Coordinates referrals and specific business follow-up with assigned business banking relationship management officers and retail branches
  • Accountable for revenue growth associated with key core products including but not limited to: Business Online Banking, Remote Check Deposit, ACH, Wire Transfer initiation and Fraud Services
  • Establishes solid working relationships with business banking partners and retail branches which includes product training to help identify opportunities
  • Provides relevant customer training as it relates to new product implementation and set up for new relationships
  • Provides market feedback around industry trends, product gaps and competitive influences
  • Perform internal treasury reporting as needed
  • Remains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 year's previous job related experience in financial services with a preferred concentration in Treasury Services/Cash Management Sales/Business Banking or related support
  • Basic knowledge of Treasury Services/Cash Management products
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and respond to sales opportunities and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships
