Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Program Management, Senior Manager to support a Federal Government client at one of our Bethesda, MD locations.
Responsibilities
• Perform program management duties including project planning, status reporting and execution of projects
• Ensure projects are properly documented, scheduled, and completed
• Manage the operational aspects of the project
• Oversee the status of projects as assigned
• Draft and execute project work plans and manage team schedules
• Prepare status reports and adhere to project management best practices
• Support networking and network-based software applications
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• Experience managing and supervising employees
• Experience managing an Infrastructure Engineering Support Center project and desktop support project
• Experience supporting national and international users, providing remote assistance and responding to incidents requests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with the highest levels of management; including Oral Presentation and Question and Answer sessions
• Experience managing contracts with highly visible performance metrics
• Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
Desired Qualifications
• Master's degree
• 7+ years of experience in a technical environment
