Fencing Head Coach

Manage and administer all aspects of the Fencing Programs for students age 6-18 years. responsibilities to include but not limited to practice and competition activities, player skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, mentoring student-athletes, and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel students.

Plan , develop, and administer all facets of fencing programs, which include, but not limited to: establish and attain goals of the sport program; lead and mentor assistant coaches/program staff to create exceptional academic, training, and competitive experiences for student-athletes; knowledge of fencing Rules, Regulations and Policies as they relate to all appropriate program events; must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach and counsel.
