Technical Mentor, Quality Engineering (TMQE)
Position: Attract, retain and grow Quality Engineering staff by line management,
continuous performance feedback and career guidance. Recognize and act on quality
improvement activities across multiple teams ensuring they are well-organized and have
rigorous, continuously improving quality processes. Effectively and efficiently determine
root causes of leaked defects and succinctly describe root causes with multiple complex
causal factors. Continually test knowledge of area of responsibility and triage issues so
they are brought to the attention of appropriate technical staff. Ensure high quality and
timely delivery of Appian software to customers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related + min. 3
years in job offered or as Quality, Test, Performance or Software Engineer.
