Human Resources Analyst II- Data Analytics
Fairfax Water Human Resources department is seeking an HR Analyst II who will be responsible for reporting, managing, compiling the data analytics to support multiple Human Resources functions including, recruitment, benefits, HRIS, compensation, training and development, business processes, employee relations and policy development.
Some of the duties include but are not limited to (1) Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) management, learning management system (LMS), applicant tracking system (ATS), and on-boarding programs (2) Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, benefits, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations (3) Preparing reports using data analysis, developing conclusions and presenting findings to management (4) Identifying and recommending short and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics (5) Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies, procedures, and activities to improve HR Programs and workplace practices, etc.
