Supplier Risk Manager

As a Supplier Risk Manager, you will focus on designing and executing critical Governance practice, including optimizing the end-user experience. You will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line, including critical testing and validation of controls and risk program commitments, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring appropriate execution each and every time.

We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment. This individual will have demonstrated that they can look at the holistic picture, understand the "why" behind requirements and ensure we set our Third Party Managers up to succeed in delivering on those commitments. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead ESM TPM quality, training, and testing programs in a well-managed capacity
  • Creating and implementing strategies that improve TPM experience while also reducing risk
  • Partnering with 2nd line intent owners and TPMs to drive outcomes that deliver efficiencies and mitigates risk
  • Designing and producing metrics to proactively manage TPM and risk outcomes
  • Driving process improvements aligned with desired ESM and TPM outcomes
  • Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
  • Managing and leading a high performing team of associates


Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Process/Program management or Risk management
  • At least 3 years of experience in People management
  • At least 3 years of Third Party Management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Process Management (i.e. LEAN, Six Sigma), Compliance (i.e. CRCM, CIPP, etc.), Business Process Management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in People or Relationship management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Complex problem solving
  • At least 3 years in developing and leading Quality programs
