Associate Process Manager - Digital Workplace

The hybrid approach to work is rapidly evolving and the Digital Workplace team in Workplace Solutions (WPS) is looking for an Associate Process Manager to manage and develop content for new technologies that drive an exceptional associate experience. As an Associate Process Manager in Digital Workplace you will have an opportunity to make our Capital One associates' everyday experience better wherever they work.

  • Own administration for associate facing and facility technologies like the @Work mobile app, digital signage, wayfinding, occupancy tools and space management
  • Become a subject matter expert on how to setup and manage WPS facilities and experience technologies
  • Publish content to our platforms in coordination with communications and LOB partners
  • Develop new original creative content for our technology platforms to serve and inform our associates
  • Manage access to WPS systems for WPS and our partner organizations
  • Test new functionality and content on our multiple associate platforms
  • Manage WPS communication channels to identify issues and resolve inquiries
  • Work with vendors to ensure the technology stays fully utilized and functional
  • Assist in projects to evaluate and implement new technologies
  • Run reports and provide updates on platforms
  • Perform corporate compliance activities

Attributes of a successful candidate:

  • Good with technology. No coding needed here, but you will need to to learn the full capabilities of our systems and manage them effectively
  • Communication. Communicate and collaborate with our team, partners and vendors to provide updates, escalate issues and explain the technology
  • Well managed. Organized, detail oriented individual who can prioritize and manage support of multiple products
  • Team Player. You enjoy working with diverse people and working together toward a common goal
  • Learner. Open to learning new things as we continue to innovate new systems and experiences

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of experience managing digital platforms (access management, report generation or user issue resolution)
  • At least 1 year of experience with GSuite products

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
  • At least 1 year of experience with digital signage platforms (administering, publishing or content creation)
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or working with vendors
