Are you an experienced residential manager looking for immediate work? We have a need for an experienced on-site residential property manager to start asap. If you are in-between property management projects and would like to get out to work quickly - we would love to chat with you.
Best candidates will have at least three years of property management experience working with owner-occupied residential luxury buildings and have experience working with Homeowners Associations.
Hourly rate of pay starts at $30 per hour - pay is based on experience.
Three years or more residential property experience
Experience working with homeowners associations
Reliable, professional, and knowledgeable
Experience working with property management software programs
