Our client in the property management industry is seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrative Coordinator to provide a variety of accounting and administrative services. The Bookkeeper/Administrative Coordinator will create and post monthly invoices, update 1099s and manage the budget. If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone with experience in bookkeeping and budgets.

Candidate must be able to:
  • Update 1099 files for each community
  • Ensure 2023 budgets entered into our system correctly
  • Create and post monthly invoices for each community
  • Update monthly financial report package for distribution to community boards


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Accounting experience
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Excellent computer skills: word processing and/or spreadsheet
  • Be detail oriented, ability to organized, and strong analytical skills
