  • Support onboarding and acclimation for all newly hired employees in Engineering, as well as 30-, 60-, and 90- day check-ins.
  • Conduct exit interviews, compiling data into themes, and sharing those themes with leadership; lead action-planning to address recurring themes
  • Support training for managers and sometimes for employees, including training around goal-setting, giving and receiving feedback, and preparing for and conducting appraisals. Work with managers in the process of writing and conducting appraisals with the aim of delivering more honest, balanced, comprehensive, and developmental appraisals
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team regarding their recruiting for Engineering positions

  • Demonstrated strong judgement and Employee Relations experience with working knowledge of other HR functional areas
  • Willingness and ability to change altitudes, with proven facility in shifting between strategic, tactical, and sometimes transactional areas of focus
