Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid knowledge of most building architectural and MEP/S systems, able to identify different Architectural elements and MEP systems include structural elements, HVAC, Refrigeration, electrical, etc.
- Identify construction issues and provide potential resolutions to remediate the issue.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and conditions while maintaining stable performance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Scheduling and look ahead' s in relation to path critical items to the project, especially related to materials needed on the jobsite.
- Ensures that the entire project team is aware of any deficiencies or potential problems that may occur.
- Emailing and coordinating deliveries to the office and the jobsite
Required Skills & Required Experience
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 10 years' experience working in construction
- Hands on experience in the field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with job site material management
- Have a TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to read blueprints
- Electrical experience working with network switching devices, cables, tubing and conduits
- Experience working on federal projects
- 50% travel on a weekly basis
- Availability to work weekdays between the hours of 7:00am and midnight, on either a morning or afternoon shift (7am-3:30pm or 3:00pm - 11:30pm), with occasional overtime hours including weekends
Working Conditions
- Professional on-site office and maintenance environment.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for eight hour periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position. This includes completing timesheets and daily work reports.
- Physically able to move about in a maintenance environment to include walking, stooping, bending, stretching, and climbing ladders and stairs.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must maintain a safe, productive, and professional work environment.
- Work location: Washington, DC, southside
- Required: Background Check, Drug Screen, and Electrical Test

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
