A$ A' "A' ?Technical Program ManagerTotal Wine & MoreBethesda, MD or Boca Raton, FLAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Program Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of complex store technology (POS, Loyalty, Payments, back office & finance) programs and initiatives on schedule and within budget. You will plan and administer the program and the associated projects/work streams and ensures that deliverables are completed with high quality and on-time. In this role, you will work closely with the product, engineering, operations, security, infra teams, and stakeholders on the delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives.You will be expected to manage critical program risks, issues, escalations, and resolutions. The technical program manager delivers the technical solution to support an organization's vision and strategic direction.A' You will report to the Director of POS Programs & OperationsYou willEvaluate, Analyze, Lead and co-ordinate the work of large cross-functional teams (store-ops, MMT, finance, LP, and stores) to successfully deliver the project/program's goals.Develop, maintain, and distribute standard program and project management deliverables for the successful launch of new programs and projects, including implementation plan, schedule, budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingenciesIdentify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels (overall program and individual projects)Lead vendor selection process (including RFPs and Pricing) and manage against deliverables (including SOWs, change management, approval of deliverables)Drive ROI, cost/benefit analysis and business cases preparation for relevant store technology initiatives.You will come withBachelor's degree from an accredited institution; PMP certification is preferred5+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience in a technology-oriented organization.Retail and infrastructure domain experience (Oracle Xstore Point of Service and/or other Oracle Retail platform experience preferred)Experience with Agile methodologies and schedule tracking tools such as Confluence and JiraWe offerPaid Time Off (PTO)Generous store discountsHealth care plans (medical, prescription, dental, vision)401(k), HSA, FSA, Pre-tax commuter benefitsDisability & life insurance coveragePaid parental leavePet insuranceCritical illness and accident insuranceDiscounted home and auto insuranceCollege tuition assistanceCareer development & product trainingConsumer classes& More!Grow with usTotal Wine & More is the country's largest independent retailer of fine wine, beer and spirits, and we continue to grow our footprint year over year.
