The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Analysis, Senior Associate (B2E) to support a Federal Government client on site in Washington, DC.

  • Evaluate, document and walkthrough End-to-End (E2E) process and documentation activities with funds management, budget formulation, and pricing.
  • Assess and validate posting or processing logic on all identified system/process and non-system/processes.
  • Develop a strategy to resolve errors/weaknesses for funds management, budget formulation, and pricing.
  • Conduct an analysis of internal and external risks associated with E2E processes and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide support in identifying internal controls associated with the implementation of the Budget Formulation and Execution Manager (BFEM), budget formulation system and E2E business processes.
  • Assess, develop, implement, and execute test plans for evaluating design and operating effectiveness of controls.
  • Perform a gap analysis on controls and develop a strategy to resolve inaccurate or missing controls for funds management, budget formulation, and pricing.
  • Identify the universe of critical systems applicable to funds management, budget formulation, and pricing.
  • Develop Policies and Guidelines and provide knowledge transfer materials on the policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications
  • Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college/ university with major/concentration in a relevant field including but not limited to:
    • Accounting/Finance
    • Engineering
    • Mathematics/ Actuarial sciences
    • Real Estate
    • Communications
    • Environmental Science
    • Government and Public Administration
  • Experience of ten or more years in one of following but not limited to:
    • Business Strategy
    • Transformational Change Management
    • Human Resources
    • Business Process re-engineering
    • Project Management
    • Process Improvement
    • Property, Plant, and Equipment
    • Heritage Assets
    • Environmental Liabilities
    • Actuarial sciences
    • Imputed costs
    • Data analysis
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Federal Government
  • Experience with DOD or Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
  • CPA or CGFM certification
