This includes assisting in the development of store fixture and merchandise plans and merchandise plan-o-grams, based on a variety of parameters including; product assortments, layout, and productivity aligning with space requirements and our merchandising strategies. You will assist the Merchandise Planning Project Management team in managing the store layout, merchandising assortment, store relationship, master data for product and more. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop knowledge of retail/assortment planning, supply chain, and store development. Internally, you will be called Sr. Associate, Merchandising & Planning and you will report to the Sr. Manager of Store Merchandising & Planning and work on-site at our Bethesda, Maryland headquarters.You will Partner with the Project Managers, support the creation and management of planograms/store layouts that meet Total Wine & More business rule requirements. Help with binder creation/tag printing for new/reset stores Work with merchandise assortment team and Merchandise Planning Project Management team to understand business analytics, space analytics and consumer data to help drive business decisions. Work with Sr. Manager and Team to identify opportunities to develop new tools and processes to improve service to merchandising teams and store teams. Implement Merchandise Presentation Guidelines to support maximum fixture capacity and shop ability. Participate in New Store and Remodel Process.
