A$ A' "A' ?SummaryCTC Group is seeking Trainers, Levels 1 & 2, for contingent positions to design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.ResponsibilitiesEnsures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans.Converts written materials and/or training requirements to online and/or instructor-led interactive courseware.Develops flow diagrams and storyboards to design instructionally sound eLearning solutions, using a variety of delivery media.Experience working with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.Develops course manuals, training aids, and audio/video materials to enhance training.Draft and finalize training documentationPrepare instructional materials from technical source dataPresent training materials to a large audienceEvaluate training requirements for the systemCreate training objectives and goalsBasic RequirementsCurrent, active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.A Master's Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3).Level 1 Experience RequirementsFive (5) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.Three (3) years of SIGINT related experience within the intelligence community.Level 2 Experience RequirementsTen (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.Three (3) years of SIGINT related experience within the intelligence community.Why CTC Group?As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we recognize that successful partnerships are based on open and direct communication, mutual respect, and the ability to adapt to evolving capabilities.
