Job Description Job Summary Enterprise Information Services is responsible for Aerospace's classified and unclassified enterprise IT environment. As the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, documentation and implementation of security policies with a focus on identity and access management technologies. As a member of the Information Security team you will be responsible for incident response, security assessments, risk mitigation programs, vulnerability scanning, identity and access management and integrating systems across the enterprise. What You'll Be Doing Develop,maintain, or oversee implementation of identity and access management integrations across the enterprise to include Single Sign On (SSO) technologies, Directory Synchronization, Public Key Infrastructure, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Federated integrations with both SaaS and on-premises applications Enforcement of policies, procedures, and associated plans for system security administration and user system access based on industry-standard best practices Work closely with other departments within IT on corporate technology development to fully secure information, computer, network, and processing systems Provide input to security policies and practices in accordance with changes in federal acquisition law or various Aerospace contracts Remain informed on trends and issues in the security industry, including current and emerging technologies and policies Communicate effectively with senior management, peers, staff, and customers both inside and outside the corporation Where necessary, provide Tier 3 support to help troubleshoot complex issues and architect new solutions This position is available as Identity & Access Management (IAM) EngineerLevel II and Level III. What You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements for Level II: Bachelor's degreefrom an accredited programin Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study, or equivalent experience Typically, 3 years of relevant experience Solid knowledge of common IAM technical principles, theories, concepts and tools Working knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems. Prior hands-on experience with IAM solutions Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including information security and authentication solutions Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management Ability to translate organizational goals and objectives into actionable implementation plans This position requirestheability to obtain and maintain a US securityclearance, which is issued by the US government. US citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance Minimum Requirements for Level III: Same requirements as level II noted above, in addition to t ypically, 5 years of experience How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these: Data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly learn new technology quickly Seeks opportunities for process improvement, recommends improvements and contributes to solutions.Demonstrations of the personal initiative are highly regarded Experience with specific IAM and Information security technologies: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), Single Sign-On, Privileged Access Management, endpoint security, Federated Identity or virtual directories strongly desired Experience implementing large-scale solutions across unique enterprise infrastructures Experience maturing pre-existing environments and transitioning them over to appropriate teams Grade-Based Pay Range (Min - Mid - Max) $85,000 - $110,000 - $135,000 Ways We Reward Our Employees During your interview process, our team will provide details of our industry-leading benefits.
