Back-End Tester Position Description CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Back-End Tester for an exciting opportunity within our Intel Community. Your future duties and responsibilities Plan, execute, control and close testing deliverables for a project or projects. Plan, design, evaluate, and execute test cases and test plans for Functional, System, Regression, and Section 508 Compliance testing. Document and manage project issues, clarifications, and defects. Identifies and communicates project risks proactively. Collaborate with project team members, creating required test documents and test plans for risk mitigation. Assists in analyzing, dispositioning and assigning post-production defects. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Degree: Bachelors 2-8 years experience in both manual, automated and regression or performance testing. Experience with creating test plans, test cases, and performing test execution. 1-2 years of dedicated experience in back-end testing using SQL statements and executing DB objects like function/views/stored procedures etc. Active TS/SCI required with ability to gain CI poly. Position is located in Chantilly, VA and is 100% onsite. Desired: Experience building a QA / Test function from the ground up. Ability to develop scripts to automate the QA / Test process. Testing and validation of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning models and algorithms.
