Job Details CHEF de CUISINE - Modena - Italian Cuisine The award winning Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, is currently conducting a search for a talented Chef de Cuisine to spearhead the culinary operations for our restaurant. The selected candidate must have a solid grasp on seasonal and regional ITALIN cooking with a true sense of craft. Candidate must have experience working in fine dining restaurants as a sous chef/Chef de Cuisine. You will working with a critically acclaimed Chef.
