Paid Media StrategistA' will partner with paid media team in accomplishing our ambitious growth plans. Specifically, they willA' strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor paid advertising campaigns to exceed the brand goals on all channels.A' Paid Media Strategist's primary responsibility is to build and prioritize the SEM strategies for our websites and Amazon account. This includes the planning, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across all channels. The paid media strategist will also be responsible for writing text ads & shopping ads, planning display advertising, and remarketing efforts. This position should be looking for new opportunities to advertise and exponentially grow the business. This requires independent thinking, ability to manage their day to day responsibilities without direction, and initiative. We are constantly looking for motivated and qualified individuals to join us.A' A' ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:A' Create and maintain paid advertising campaigns for across a variety of channels such as Amazon, Google, Bing, and other ad networks.Create paid media strategies for eCommerce channels from planning to execution with business goals in mind.Maintain targets, projection models, and goals to accurately forecast accomplish our objectives.Analyze and adjust budgets across all paid channels including; Amazon, Google, and new opportunities.Actively manage collective campaigns to business objectives.Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.Identify holes in our PPC strategies at a keyword, campaign, channel, and funnel level.Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.Provide action insights and analysis on campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics in bi-weekly reporting.Monitor industry trends and provide proactive recommendations for testing or expansion.Understand competitive landscape and audience research to stay relevant in customers searches.Develop new Skai automation strategies.Run audits and hold team accountable to audit standards.Learn, and launch new ad channels as needed.Organize and prioritize projects execution to reflect main business goals.Create and maintain SOPs and processes for various digital marketing projects as needed.Stay up to date with PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and industry research.Manages their own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day.A' OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A' InteractA' and collaborateA' withA' Customer Service,A' New Product Development,A' Operations,A' Creative, and Stand Steady Marketing Departments.Assist with other departments and functions asA' requiredSupport other PPC team members in growth and training as neededData Analyst in reporting duties as neededSpecial projects as assignedA' A' SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Skilled at managing product advertising to meet or exceed goals across channels including Google, etcDemonstrated experience using data, analytics and metrics to measure performance and determine improvementsExcellent communicationGoal drivenCreative problem solverAbility to multi taskPositive, can do attitudeIndependent work on a day-to-day basis, without supervision or directionA' A' EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:A' Work History Requirements:Bachelors degree or comparable work experienceMinimum 5 years of experience managing paid ad campaignsBroad ad channel experience required (Google, and Amazon)Experience with bid management softwares / ad platform APIseCommerce experience preferredA' Computer equipment and level of software requirements:A' Microsoft Office Suite - especially strong ExcelA' Specific Knowledge, licenses, certifications REQUIRED:A' Google Ads CertificationGoogle Analytics CertificationA' SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:A' NoneA' TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:A' None.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:A' NoneA' PHYSICAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:A' NoneA' A' WORK ENVIRONMENT:A' Usual office working conditions, occasional business travel to attend conferences, meetings, events or training (less than 5%).We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
