A$ A' "A' ?Position: Director-Marketing, AmericasReporting: (i) EVP and COO Americas and (ii) The Global Marketing HeadPosition Description:The role would require responsibility for driving the product marketing and communication, Digital Marketing, Event Management, Content Marketing, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns to promote, grow and expand new market, horizons and business portfolios which are different (yet complementary).This role will involve reaching a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders from various functions, clients, media, industry influencers and analyst firmsJob Responsibilities:A' . Design and lead marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategy and measure impact.Contribute and collaborate with business leaders to develop marketing strategy and drive strategic marketing campaigns that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels and tacticsCreate, design and execute the go-to-market strategy for the various regions in collaboration with Newgen leadership team to achieve sustainable competitive advantageA' . Ensuring insights on the market, existing and potential clients is captured and taken into consideration while defining the go-to-market Identify and engage influencers, analysts and customers for product advocacy and evangelization (Gartner, Forrester) and represent Newgen as speaker at public events and forumsA' . Engage with Newgen customers and understand their vision, needs and challenges, prioritize and provide inputs for product roadmap.A' . Expand product ecosystem through forging strategic partnerships and alliances with technology partners that increase the value proposition for clients and accelerates Newgen's business growth.A' . Analyze market and technology trends related to the broader industry and enterprise software products by tapping into Customer s, Analysts.A' . Driving digital marketing, regional marketing campaigns and eventsA' . Establish competitive advantage of Newgen offerings. Market & Competitive intelligence - Understand buyers and buying criteria; Understand competition and how to create differentiation, prepare battle cards and product comparison sheets to facilitate sales and pre-salesA' . Maintaining alignment and healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent Newgen in various forums and communicate on behalf of senior leadershipA' . Develop campaigns and programs, such as trainings, webinars and new content that generate leads and increase conversion through the sales funnelQualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fieldExperience: You will need to have the following skills to be considered for the role:Around 10 years of previous experience in product marketing/events/demand generation/ presales capacity. They should have a good understanding of commercial customers in North America, preferably in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare and Manufacturing domains and strong relationships and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levelsExperience of working in a hyper-growth companyStrong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team membersAbility to manage and engage key stakeholders (customers, global leaders, influencers, CXOs)Proven ability to translate product positioning and attributes to industry-specific messages and value propositions.This role has about 30-35% travel within US.Location: McLean, Virginia
