To learn more, please see role serves as technical guide on new project initiatives and participates in application design sessions for Marketing Cloud, Datorama and CDP. Assists with planning for and implementation of approved initiative. Designs, codes, tests and debugs sophisticated Marketing Cloud automations and SQL queries that power journeys and marketing campaigns. Performs application development to enhance and implement application software (such as updating the data model or adding new objects based on build out in Salesforce core implementation, building out landing pages and web capture forms) according to detailed methodologies and procedures. Build emails using HTML and CSS following web accessibility guidelines and mobile responsive standard methodology. Develops project work plans and manages project to completion in accordance with plans which may include formulating system scope and objectives, developing detailed design specifications, and translating system function/features to programming specifications. Provides status and time estimates for work on a regular basis. Provides leadership and mentors Marketing Cloud Analysts. Analyzes technical issues and troubleshoots code related problems. Ensures technical documentation and project audit trails exist for the supported applications. Updates' application procedures and standards as necessary to record best practices. Completes and communicates modifications to user operations or documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with internal and external team members and to analyze business needs, gather requirements and process flows, including documentation of all features with acceptance criteria.Demonstrate a solid command of technical details to translate proposed solutions into functional specifications with technical team.Perform account configuration and ongoing maintenance.Responsible for Business Unit (BU) configuration, including the setup of SFTP(s), SAP(s) and SSL(s).Lead for day-to-day Marketing Cloud support and maintenance.Perform regular system audits to ensure system functionality is working properly.Document and lead support tickets resolution.Provide Marketing Cloud configuration mentorship and ongoing governance.Lead team members to learn and maintain SFMC knowledge including standard methodologies, processes, training materials and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality of programs.QualificationsBachelors degree in Information TechnologyParticipated in at least one full stack Marketing Cloud implementation for a global brand5+ Years Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud ExperienceDemonstrated ability with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.4+ years hands on experience with SFMC.Experience in integrating with SFDC and other data platforms such as Datorama and CDPSalesforce Certifications: MC Email Specialist,MC Consultant and B2C Solution Architect Certified.Cengage Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
