We align our goals to those of our clients, and we continuously monitor and adjust to ensure that the relationship stays strong.Responsibilities:Develop both production-level and ad hoc technical solutions for data analysis, simulation, scraping, and warehousing to support mortgage risk analytics projects.Utilize and enhance existing Oakleaf products and tools (such as ETL, data scraping, damage calculations, etc.).Collaborate with internal and external users/clients to analyze business requirements and convert the requirements to technical solutions.Qualifications: Strong Python skills to develop production-level data processing tools and analytics platforms.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to debug complex software programs.Familiar with web development (ideally using the framework).Nice-to-have skills: SAS, R, VBA, MySQL / Oracle database development/management experience.Ability and initiative to work independently and on a team to meet project goals.Understanding of mortgage loan data, particularly loan performance, and mortgage servicing data.Bachelor or Advanced Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant analytical/engineering disciplines.2+ years of software development experience.Compensation will be based on the candidate's skills and experience.
