Responsible for application support and operational activities, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgradesA' . Responsible for system's reliability and platform healthA' . Engage with client and identify and understand requirements and develop solutions to meet business needsA' . Develop and administer the ServiceNow PlatformA' . Collaborate with project team members in customization and configuration of ServiceNow instanceA' . Identify opportunities to automate and enhance end user experienceA' . Create and update documents as needed (eg, Configuration document)A' . Implement best practices in coding and design as per Synergy and ServiceNow standardsA' . Mentor and guide team members as neededKey tasks:A' . Configure, customize, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform as it relates to ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, Service Portal, Workflows, and other functions to meet business needsA' . Provide technical expertise for issues related to developmentExperience and Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) requiredA' . 5+ years of working as a ServiceNow DeveloperA' . 3+ years of Implementation with ServiceNow modules (eg ITSM, ITOM, CSM,etc)A' . 3+ years of experience in Java scripting, Angular, UI, SQL, HTML, JSON, REST, etc.A' . 1+ year Experience in ServiceNow administration and developmentA' . Experience in integration of ServiceNow with other IT applicationsA' . Excellent knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow architecture and key modules (eg, ITSM modules, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB)A' . Knowledge about workflows, reporting, and dashboardsA' . Experience in developing custom applicationsA' . Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsA' .
