A$ A' "A' ?Account Executive (REMOTE but must be located in or near to Washington DC or Detroit)LHH is currently working with a Washington DC/Detroit based PR/Marketing Agency seeking a well-rounded Account Executive to join its account team. We are looking for candidates who are energetic self-starters, collaborative team players and resourceful problem solvers who enjoy fast-paced work and are dedicated to delivering results. An ideal candidate will be a communications professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an agency enviroment; this can include internships.ResponsibilitiesServe as day-to-day internal project management support for the account service team, this will inlcude assiting with the creation of large integrated campaign and project-specific timelines, as well as tracking/monitoring and regular updates as needed.Work closely with internal teams and partnering agencies to coordinate and develop social media graphics, social media messages, banner ads, radio ads and video/TV ads.Participate in internal and client-facing creative reviews, and organize client and account service inputs and share feedback.Responsible for researching/vetting paid media influencers and providing client recommendations.Develop a command of social media tools and proper approval pathsDemonstrate an ability to understand and distill complex topics into compelling messages for target audiences and ability to extract insights and summarize data.QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in journalism, public relations, communications or marketing/advertising. Agency and/or corporate communications experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferredStrong writing skills with knowledge of proper grammar and AP Style writingMedia relations experience and basic knowledge of the suite of earned media tactics and monitoring toolsBasic knowledge of popular social media networks and digital and social analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Ads and social listening tools (eg, Talkwalker)Previous experience with event management or paid media campaigns is a plusSalary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
