Since our first application solution client was onboarded 40 years ago FMS has established a reputation of reliability, effectiveness, and innovation that allows our clients to be among the industry leaders in all measurable metrics.A' We are currently looking for Software Architects based in our Baltimore, MD office or to join our team in Atlanta, GA.In this role you will:Lead software architecture decisionsLead program engagements with the stakeholders on software capability, development, and integration into larger systems and system architecturesLead definition of software architecture and models needs and coordinate efforts with software engineering teams to meet design, development, test, verification & validation datesLead the identification, coordination and communication of software requirements, architectures and interfaces for incorporation into system architecture, modeling environment and system physical designQualificationsBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical degree4+ years of experience as an architect for a Saas productExperience in product development and deployment in public cloud environments such as AWS and AzureExperience in software development using languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScriptExperience using team collaboration tools including Git, JIRA, and ConfluenceExperience automating software builds, unit tests, integration tests, deployment, and installations using a DevOps toolsetsExperience with Agile development methodologies.
