Our team is eager to learn, fast-paced, and quality-driven"A cents € if that sounds like you, Synergy has a position for you!UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE OF CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS, WE ARE UNABLE TO CONSIDER C2C RELATIONSHIP AND NON-US CITIZENS.Job Duties:Primary POC to client; Engage with stakeholders and understand business needs, develop technical solutionsLead design workshops, collaborate with development team and set technical direction to configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNowMake recommendations and proposals to leadership on architectural integration design both within ServiceNow platform and with other systems via integrationsIdentify opportunities to automate business processes, enhance system processes, and end user experienceDevelop platform roadmap and strategy aligning with client's strategic directionCreate and update documents as needed (eg, Configuration document)Implement best practices as per Synergy and ServiceNow standardsMentor and guide team members as neededKey tasks:Participate in agile ceremonies and provide insight and expertise in level of effort, timeline, and status updatesLead design workshops and develop technical solutions to configure and customize ServiceNowProvide technical expertise for issues related to developmentCreate and implement Business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Portal Pages, etc.Develop integration with other ServiceNow instances or 3rd party toolsDevelop and maintain processes for user management, license compliance, audit requirementsMigration of update sets to different environments (dvlp to prod)Work with QA team to validate solution and ensure quality product is deliveredExperience and Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required8+ years of experience in ServiceNow3+ years of experience as ServiceNow ArchitectIn depth technical knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow architecture and applications (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and key modules), Portal, and Integration HubKnowledge about workflows, reporting, and dashboardsExperience in ServiceNow administration and developmentExperience in developing custom applicationsExcellent experience in Java scripting, Angular, UI, SQL, HTML, JSON, REST, etc.Experience in ServiceNow Integration techniques, Import sets, Transform maps, Orchestration, LDAP integrationExperience implementing ServiceNow upgrades and patchesExcellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperienced in working Agile environment and handle multiple prioritiesServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferredServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist (CIS - ITSM) preferredITIL certification (preferred)Synergy is an equal opportunity employer.
