A$ A' "A' ?Location: RemoteReports to: Head of Consumer MarketingDirect Reports: N/AThe RoleThe Digital Content & ASO Manager is responsible for managing digital content across organic and paid channels; including casted takeovers, Shop.LTK collabs, paid social content, and maintaining compelling App Store pages and product cards. This role will own digital content and copy testing to drive new user registrations and app installs; identifying and illustrating key shopper benefits through compelling digital content. This role will also lead LTK creator collaboration and casting, partnering with creators to drive LTK messaging within organic and paid channels; including LTK social handle takeovers and boosted social content.The ideal candidate is highly organized and can focus on tactical elements while not losing sight of big-picture strategy. The candidate should be creative and have a knack for identifying out-of-the-box creative solutions and be keen at developing and maintaining relationships..The Primary Goals Of This Position AreNew Registered Users & App InstallsApp Store Ranking; Search & Browse InclusionIncreased DAUs & GMV contributionPaid Cost Per Install and/or Cost Per Completed RegistrationKey Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesOwn and operate LTK's App Store updates in close collaboration with the Growth Product Squad, Product Marketing & the Design team; identifying the appropriate timing for updates, as well as the most compelling content and feature releases for inclusionManage, monitor and update App Store content for the LTK shopper app, shopping category ranking and launch test/learn strategies to increase shopper visibility and install volumeIdentify user search trends, shoppers behaviors and key shopper segments in partnership with the Paid/Acquisition team to produce compelling organic and paid digital content; driving new user registrationsCollaborate with counterparts in Brand and Influencer business units for best overall results; sharing best practices and learnings across teams, while identifying key creators and collaborationsLiaise with Sr. Manager, Social media and Paid/Acquisition team for casting needs for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging social media platforms and report back to IP team on success metrics for casted content.Stand-up processes with internal stakeholders (legal + accounting) for contracts and payments (as applicable) to casted creators and shopper ambassadors/testimonialsLiaise with creator success + recruitment on new and existing creators in order to maximize success of LTK casted content + campaigns.
