A$ A' "A' ?Administer the processes for On Campus Interviews (OCI), Resume Collections and Job Postings, including but not limited to: registering with schools for on campus interviews, resume collections or job postings; corresponding with law school career services personnel to confirm interviews; providing interviewers with the student applications and information for reviewing and interviewing; confirming and scheduling all interviews for callback invitations; coordinating with the Sr. Manager on Summer Associate Callback Interview Weekend; Coordinate with the Sr. Manager with respect to all aspects of the Summer Associate Program. Work with Hiring Partner, Chief Talent Officer to set up the annual 1L Diversity Scholarship/Fellowship process. Post at schools and on firm website. Provide PDFs of applications to Chief Talent Officer and Senior Manager of Attorney Development & Recruiting for review. Schedule interviews of selected candidates and prepare offer letters.Work closely with the Sr. Manager on the annual associate review process including, but not limited to scheduling meetings; preparing agendas; gathering, assembling, compiling and creating spreadsheets and various documents related to the associate year end data; setting up and monitoring the associate review processes and providing the evaluations and information to the Committee for their review; attending the Committee meetings.Assist the Chief Talent Officer, the Director of Attorney Development & Recruiting and the Senior Manager of Attorney Development & Recruiting with 1) the attorney hiring process, including but not limited to preparing search firm agreements, screening applicant resumes; scheduling interviews for candidates; drafting offer agreements and tracking their returns and responses; coordinating the processing of conflicts and background checks; maintaining recruiting hiring database, reports and spreadsheets; 2) drafting employment agreements for current attorneys; and 3) various HR and recruiting projects as requested.Assist the Director of Human Resources with HR projects when neededRequirementsBachelor's degree required.3+ years of experience in the related field, experience in a law firm required. Strong technology skills and working knowledge of Micron Software products, ie, LawCruit, the Applicant Tracking Software, and Top Performance, the Employee Evaluation Software.Working knowledge of iManage and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and etc.)
