A$ A' "A' ?This role is for an experienced B2B marketing manager to lead Westfalia's existing marketing department, overseeing marketing activities and assisting with business development for two business units. The position is responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive marketing strategy for our company which align with our sales goals.A' If you're a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets.While we support a hybrid work enviornment, we are seeking local candidates. Office attendance 2-3 days per week, minimum. A' Job Functions: Develop and implement annual high-impact strategic marketing planImprove and maintain 2 lead generating websitesDevelop and drive the implementation of on trend marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and develop leadsDirect and support market research, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reportsWork closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategiesEnsure the creation of high-quality marketing materialsManage marketing budget and expendituresA' Maintain brand standards; ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channelsIdentify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning to devise counterstrategiesA' Develop digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies to increase web traffic to establish a strong, long-term web presenceDevelop, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities and trade showsNegotiate contracts for services needed to execute marketing plansSupervisory Responsibilities: Provide mentorship and coaching to the existing marketing teamOversee the daily workflow of the marketing departmentProvide constructive and timely performance evaluationsInterview, hire and train new staff as neededA' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Required Skills/Abilities:A' Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsAbility to create, implement, and monitor budgetsThorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote and sell large systems and support servicesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation software and graphics software, preferably AdobeA' Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field requiredMinimum 7+ years of experience in a related field requiredA' A' Desired/Required:Masters degree preferredBusiness to business marketing, sales, or business development experienceA' A' Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting and computer workMust be fit for air travelMust be able to lift 15 pounds at timesInclusion of any item on this job description is not intended to exclude other duties or requirements deemed necessary by management.
