You will be part of a team responsible for implementing continuous integration and delivery of applications that support mission-critical functions for the Intelligence Community. This is a great opportunity to create dynamic, state-of-the-art software applications utilizing cutting-edge DevOps technologies.In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our intelligence community to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.Key Responsibilities:Building and administering instances and services in the cloud for development, test, and production environmentsScripting, testing, and deploying new versions of cloud services and infrastructureDevelop tools, services, processes, and workflows to ensure DevOps pipelines are availablePerform migration and testing of transactional data from a legacy system to a modernized systemExperience in working with Linux distributions, cloud orchestration toolsKnowledge of CI/CD tools used to build, evaluate, test, and deploy servicesRequired Experience:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience with supporting Linux systems engineering efforts in system design and evaluation, solution engineering, software development, or system administration3+ years of experience configuring, integrating, and securing multiple AWS services to deliver sustainable functionalityExperience as an administrator for one of the following container platforms, including Docker, OpenShift, or KubernetesExperience with leading and mentoring other DevOps engineersExperience with advanced scripting languages, including how to write infrastructure as code and the development of custom scripts to automate capabilities, including the use of Ansible, Python, Bash, and TerraformExperience with developing services, including LambdaExperience with leveraging Cloud service providers, including AWS and Azure, to create automated DevSecOps pipelinesKnowledge of Agile methodologies or the software development life cycle (SDLC)Ability to obtain a security clearancePreferred Experience:Master's degree with Security+ certificationExperience with developing back-end software applicationsExperience with configuring an Elastic search cluster and managing index lifecycleKnowledge of security scanning tools, configuring their use, and working with teams to fix vulnerabilities.Must have an active TS/SCI with a CI Poly
