This role will pay particular focus to email marketing strategy and assist in daily productions, scheduling, delivery, and reporting of email campaigns. Role will require the ability to apply internal and external marketing insights, data-driven strategy, and enterprise goals to guide and evolve both campaigns and initiatives to drive results. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Minimum supervision required.Primary Responsibilities:A cents € cents Leading end-to-end email effort for assigned business unitsA cents € cents Ensuring timely activation of promotional email contentA cents € cents Identifying email best practices, design and testing recommendationsA cents € cents Executing email campaign strategyA cents € cents Defining and implementing email process improvementsA cents € cents Drives development, implementation and reporting of email campaign performance and overall effectivenessA cents € cents Identify email optimizations that increase efficiency, increase one-to-one email personalization, drive product adoption/engagementDay to day tasks will include:A cents € cents Processing opt-outsA cents € cents Updating seed listsA cents € cents Updating content data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and provide quality assurance by previewing automationsA cents € cents Ensuring accuracy and continuity of data entered in marketing communications launch planA cents € cents Sharing communication codes with Orchestration & AnalyticsA cents € cents Completing email activation tickets in Jira - tickets include E2E (end-to-end) testing and quality assurance checksA cents € cents Assisting in quality assurance process for email deploymentsA cents € cents Pulling data for reporting, analysis and recommendations based on prior resultsAdditional duties may include:A cents € cents Ideation and coordination of email strategy in support of Business Unit goals and objectivesA cents € cents Leveraging analysis of email marketing to act as channel expert and provide input for future strategies and tacticsA cents € cents Exploration and development of new email strategies and deployment opportunities as it pertains to increased one-to-one personalizationA cents € cents Contribute to the planning of the product marketing roadmap(s) by supporting the strategy around campaign execution and testingRequired experience:A cents € cents Self-starter with experience contributing to integrated cross-functional projects. A cents € cents Marketing agency experience and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, business goals, and projects at once.Candidate will thrive in fast paced environment.A cents € cents Strong knowledge of email marketing, sophisticated email service providers (ESPs), email compliance, spam regulation, and best practices for email design and deliverabilityA cents € cents Major contributor to email strategy with minor contributions and understanding of overall marketing campaign development.A cents € cents Experience formulating performance and customer insights from analytics and presenting to stakeholders.A cents € cents Experience with identifying marketing segments or personas and delivering custom content to audience accordingly.A cents € cents Experience identifying messaging and/or content opportunities for internal and/or competitive analysis.A cents € cents Experience using audience segmentation to serve personalized messaging to audiences.A cents € cents Experience with PCs and related software packages as well as learning different collaboration and product management tools.Desired experience:A cents € cents Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Marketing, Strategy, Business, Finance, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience A cents € cents Hands on experience with marketing campaign execution and understanding best practices.A cents € cents Hands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.A cents € cents Experience with and understanding of email marketing automation best practices, and experience with Pega and/or Jira.A cents € cents Hands on experience in Tableau, Google Analytics, Omniture/Adobe Analytics, or similar analytic tools.A cents € cents Experience in supporting and developing go-to-market plans that drive results toward business priorities and goalsA cents € cents Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal direction; possesses appropriate tactfulness and assertiveness to problem-solve and propose changes in team processes.A cents € cents Basic understanding of how to synthesize results of analyses, and develop and make recommendations using quantity and quality data to solve unique and complex problemsA cents € cents Working knowledge of financial and marketing industry trends, products, and servicesQualities: strong communicator - both written and verbal, proactive, takes initiative to find opportunities to make an impact, active contributor in meetings, natural leader, builds strong relationships, earns respect from colleague
