This RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software robots, to work achieve the goals of the organization by enhancing the business process efficiencies.Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:Design and Develop functionality using Blue PrismDevelops and maintains bots to support a process-oriented organizationDesign and develop applications using agile development and SCRUM processesAdhere to good development practices: documentation, code standards, code/design reviews, optimization and maintainabilityMust be analytical, detail oriented and able to translate functional requirements into RPA solutions using advanced technologiesConduct automated unit and integration tests of product functionality following established testing processes or proceduresResearch problems discovered by QA or product support and provide acceptable problem resolutionResearch and identify new technologies and developmental toolsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsBA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field preferred and 5 years of related experience5+ years' experience with providing analysis of existing processes, requirements, functionality, and systems to determine how a system worksKnowledge of agile software developmentAgile Certifications a plusWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and Agile Framework, apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practicesStay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfactionAbility to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processesWorking Environment & ConditionsThis job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
