A$ A' "A' ?Position Summary:Reporting to the Johns Hopkins Health System ("JHHS"A' ) Senior Director of Capital Budgeting and Accounting, this position supports Facilities Architecture + Planning (A+P) and Design & Construction (D&C) staff with procurement, contracting, project execution, management and related matters. This position is expected to oversee the items listed above, for any and all projects overseen by JHHS A+P and D&C at the various locations comprising the Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.Education:Bachelor's degree and twelve (12) years of progressive experience in construction procurement or a similar industry field or an advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Construction, Business or related field acceptable to the Senior Director of Capital Budgeting & Accounting plus eight (8) years of progressive experience in the construction procurement or a similar industry field.Work Experience:Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in construction procurement or a similar industry field or an advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Construction, Business or related field acceptable to the Senior Director of Capital Budgeting & Accounting plus eight (8) years of progressive experience in the construction procurement or a similar industry field.
