Plan and execute email, social media, web, SEM, paid media (including Google Ads) and programmatic advertising campaigns.? Identify trends and insights and optimize performance based on insights.? Create effective landing pages to optimize user experience.? Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.? Identify critical conversion and drop off points and optimize user funnels.? Test, report, optimize, and analyze performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements that can be shared across platforms and programs.? Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).? Ensure all work is aligned with deadlines, expectations, and company quality standards, and accurately tracked in our project management tool.? Identify opportunities within accounts for new strategies and expansion.? Evaluate emerging technologies and share recommendations with management team.? Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Requirements for Digital Marketing Analyst/Marketing Implementer- REMOTE:? Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field preferred.? 3-7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.? Overall familiarity with the tactical side of marketing agencies.? Extreme attention to detail and deadline-oriented.? Comprehensive experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SMM, PPC, SMS and email marketing services. (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google/Microsoft Ads, Programmatic, etc.)? Demonstrated familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) products.? Familiarity with standard agency project management and CRM tools such as HubSpot.? Experience with a data-driven approach to strategy, planning, execution, and measurement.?
