Director of Sales Marketing
A$ A' "A' ?Spring Arbor Senior Living of Frederick is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director. The Sales & Marketing Director is the brand ambassador for our Spring Arbor communities. This role is responsible for the sales, marketing, and public relation goals of the community by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan within the company budget and guidelines. The Sales & Marketing Director is also responsible for meeting, or exceeding, the community's quarterly census and revenue goals.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing and RevenueDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, to include tracking the success of the strategiesPlan and implement engaging marketing activities and eventsHost and attend community events and develop positive community relationsMonitor and maintain budgetCollaborate with the Executive Director to determine the communities advertising needsMeet all monthly sales activity standards including: follow up calls, professional sales calls, event planning, and monthly lead banking mailingsMeet the community's move-in and census goals each month and remove any barriers to meeting the goalsEstablish a strong network of professional and agency referral sourcesResearch and maintain information on local competition including rates, specials, services, etc.Implement and monitor a move-in system to ensure all resident records are complete prior to admissionComplete weekly and quarterly census reportsSchedule presentations with prospective residents and families, ensuring that presentations are brand and customer-focused and accurateSupport Resident Care Director in the assessment process to determine eligibility for resident occupancy KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeDependableOrganized, methodical, and motivatedProfessional appearance and demeanorPleasant, friendly, and helpful at all timesWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree preferredKnowledge of the local market preferredExperience in a healthcare, hospitality, or service environment preferredAbility to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or othersAbility to work well with others and promote a team environmentJust as a family makes a house a home, our family of dedicated professionals makes Spring Arbor a place where our residents feel loved, like an extension of the family.
