A$ A' "A' ?We are currently seeking Mechanical Design and/or Engineering professionals to join our engineering firm based out of Bel Air, Maryland. Our firm primarily designs commercial, retail, and industrial facilities. Design work will consist primarily of creating HVAC and plumbing drawings, and coordination with electrical engineering drawings completed within the office.Job Responsibilities:Design and Preparation of HVAC and plumbing design drawings suitable for permit and construction.Complete all designs in AutoCAD and/or Revit, per office and industry standards.Coordinate and collaborate with team in office, as well as clients (interdisciplinary)Attend site visits and document existing system conditions, must be willing to survey above ceilings, on rooftops, etc.Receive direction and mentoring from senior staffWe prefer applicants with at least 2 years of experience and are proficient in AutoCAD.Work RemotelyRemote work options are available after 1 year of employmentIDC offers Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K, paid holidays and paid vacation.
